When placing an order, please note that our normal processing time typically ranges from 0 to 4 business days as all of our items are handmade. Following this processing period, your order will then be shipped, with shipping times taking up to an additional 10 business days. We strive to ensure orders are processed efficiently and shipped promptly, but please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Returns & Exchanges

While we do not accept returns for refunds. We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary, and we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. See our full return policy here
